I recently found a job in Cincinnati and had to find a place to live. I had been unemployed for over a year and a half, so my credit was pretty much in shambles. Further, I had a chapter 13 bankruptcy which complicated matter even more. I met Mark Cousino via his website and provided him with details of my situation. He dived right into trying to find me a place to live with a lot of energy. This was big for me, as I had contacted several other organizations that claimed to help people with bad or no credit find living accommodations, but all of them turned out to be dead ends. Mark contacted property owners and set up home visits that matched what I was looking for. He also offered alternative options to renting which included rent to own and land contracts. Eventually, he found me a home in the area that I was looking where the owners were willing to agree to a land contract arrangement. He arranged the closing and just over a month from the time I first met Mark, I was signing documents to put me in my new home!

Many times when reading a review you have to get so far into the letter to tell whether its in support or not. Let me make the theme of this letter clear right from the start. Working with Mark (Move-Soon.com) was as great and purposeful as it could have been. Before getting in touch with Mark which was through observing one of their signs while out once again on a long afternoon looking at potential homes that didn’t exactly fit my billing, but after searching for 8 months and going through 2 realtors, I had become discourage in regards to getting a house that was truly in my range and taste. I called Mark 2 days later after writing down his number and visiting the move-soon.com website. It was the best, most effective call I’ve made all year. And that’s speaking as a business man who makes many meaningful calls every week. Years ago I completed medical school on my way to practicing medicine. Family changes and life dynamics caused me to make the best decision in supporting my entire family and retract from the medical field and focus 100% on running the family businesses. While still a lucrative choice, the decision left a huge stain on my credit report. I had received a full scholarship that covered my tenure at medical school with the understanding that when done I would practice in an area designated by the scholarship provider. When I decided to walk away from the health care field they found me in default and charged me for all the monies they had sponsored. This went right onto my credit report causing banks to become weiry regardless of my current income. Working out a land contract (lease to purchase option) on a house would be the only way I could get into a deserving home and prove my worthiness to a mortgage bank. Eventually realizing this, I decided to focus more on my children finishing up their school year strong and go it alone on my search. Reading the website, it was the 1st that seemed to understand and have a firm grasp of what a lease to purchase option was all about. Speaking and working with Mark confirmed that they did. He was right on it with promising potential sellers, my enthusiasm was restored shortly after and I began to believe I would be able to get my family into a home we deserved.
